Terms of use
Last updated: 3 October 2026
These terms cover kiwiphone.app and requests to join KiwiPhone’s launch list, including requests made through Meta Instant Forms. They do not themselves activate telephone service, create a paid subscription or replace the service terms you will be asked to review at activation.
Invitation-based launch
KiwiPhone is being introduced by invitation. Joining registers your interest and requests a place in onboarding. Invitations may take a few days or longer: there is no guaranteed invitation date, availability or right to a particular number. A website or Instant Form submission does not provision a phone number or activate calling. Do not rely on an unactivated service for business or emergency communications.
Who may join
You must be at least 18 and provide an email address you are entitled to use. The launch is aimed at UK small businesses. Provide accurate information and do not sign up other people without permission. We may decline, delay or remove requests associated with abuse, fraud, legal restrictions or unavailable capacity.
Plans and payments
The advertised Free plan is £0/month and includes a free UK business number, unlimited incoming calls and five AI receptionist pickups per week. No card is needed to join the launch list. Availability and supported devices are subject to rollout. The advertised Plus plan is £10/month and adds outbound calling and unlimited AI receptionist pickups. Individual calls currently have a 30-minute limit.
No payment is taken by the launch signup form. Before any paid service begins, you will be shown the applicable price, billing arrangements and service terms. Joining the launch list does not commit you to a purchase. Planned features, availability and future offers may change; material changes affecting an activated service are governed by its service terms and applicable law.
AI and demonstrations
AI receptionist responses, transcripts, summaries and suggested tasks may contain errors. Review important details and confirm commitments with the people involved. Website and advertising examples are demonstrations, not records of real customer calls or a promise that every call will have the same outcome. KiwiPhone is not a substitute for emergency services or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website or forms, submit unlawful content, impersonate someone, send spam, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, or collect other people’s information without a lawful basis. We may restrict access to protect the site, users and legal compliance.
Website content and availability
KiwiPhone and its licensors retain rights in the website’s branding and original content. You may view and share links for lawful purposes; these terms do not transfer ownership of that content. We aim to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. Third-party sites and Meta’s platforms have their own terms.
Privacy and communications
By signing up, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy, which explains launch emails, advertising measurement and your choices. You can withdraw your invitation request, unsubscribe or request deletion without buying anything by emailing hi@kiwiphone.app. Tell us whether you joined on the website, through a Meta Instant Form, or both.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Subject to those rights, you are responsible for your use of the marketing information and for maintaining an alternative means of communication until a service is activated and suitable for your needs.
Contact and updates
Contact the KiwiPhone operator at hi@kiwiphone.app. These website terms may be updated; the date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen.
