Subprocessors and service providers

KiwiPhone uses the providers below to operate its app and website. The information a provider receives depends on the feature you use. Our app privacy notice and website privacy notice explain the purposes and your choices.
Providers that process service information
A subprocessor handles customer information on our behalf when we act as the customer's processor. Some providers also handle information for their own account administration or legal duties. Their public terms describe those roles.

Other services and their roles
Apple supplies iPhone push delivery, App Store purchases and TestFlight. It handles information for its own platform purposes as described in Apple's privacy information. Apple payment records are separate from KiwiPhone's subscription status.
Google Play handles Android purchases and payment methods. Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers Android notifications using installation identifiers, push tokens and alert content. Google's privacy policy and Firebase privacy information describe those services.
Google Places processes business-search queries during setup. Its Maps Platform terms and privacy policy explain its role and overseas processing.
Cloudflare processes messages sent to hi@kiwiphone.app and sends our support replies. Supabase stores the email text and addressing details. We retain saved text indefinitely, with erasure through account deletion or a request to our privacy officer. Attachments and images are removed before storage.
Meta handles Facebook and Instagram Instant Forms and optional website advertising measurement. Meta's role depends on the feature, including responsibilities it holds for its own platform. Transfers and agreement copies
The locations above describe the service footprint. Support, security and onward processing can involve additional locations identified in provider terms. A hosting region does not determine every place where information can be accessed.
The links on this page lead to published provider terms. We keep our contract records privately. Contact our privacy officer about the safeguards relevant to your information or to request a copy where applicable. Confidential details can be removed before a copy is provided.
Changes and questions
The customer data processing agreement sets out the notice and objection process for changes to subprocessors. This page shows the current published list and its revision date.
